About

An entrepreneur where engineering meets the soil.

I bring 15+ years of IT experience — 10 in TIBCO middleware and 5 in AML / Fraud Management — across Accenture and Mphasis, serving banking clients including Vodafone UK, HP and First Republic Bank, USA.

For the last 3+ years I've led a Farmer Producer Company as CEO, implementing the MSME Cluster Development Programme under the Govt. 'ONOP' scheme and securing 95% grant aid for farmers. I work hand-in-hand with AP Agriculture (RYSS, APCNF), Horticulture (MIDH), DIC, COIR Board, APFPS and RTIH.

Today I'm building Nutrimillnut Foods — an AgriTech startup applying IoT, robotics and Industry 4.0 to millet-based nutrition — and co-leading Reall Organics. Open to Independent Director roles in AI, ML, IoT and Robotics ventures.

  1. Founder & CEO

    2024 – Present

    Nutrimillnut Foods Private Limited

    • Founded an AgriTech startup developing IoT-enabled robotic recipe formulation for millet-based RTE/RTC food — targeting 500+ SKU variants from a single automated line.
    • Raised pre-seed runway, onboarded 3 co-founding partners and signed sourcing MoUs with 4 FPOs covering 1,200+ farmers across Konaseema.

  2. Chief Executive Officer

    Feb 2023 – Present

    Konaseema Coconut FPC Ltd — Pasarlapudi

    • Designed and executed an MSME-CDP project under the Govt. 'ONOP' scheme — secured 95% grant aid on a ₹15.7 Cr Common Facility Centre for 850+ farmer-shareholders.
    • Grew FPC membership from 320 to 850+ farmers and lifted annual procurement turnover by 3.4× within 18 months of taking charge.

  3. Director (Co-Founder)

    2022 – Present

    Reall Organics Private Limited

    • Built a vertically integrated organic brand across cultivation, processing, retail and e-commerce — launched 22 SKUs across 3 D2C channels in year one.
    • Piloted IoT soil-moisture and drone-spray solutions across 40 acres, cutting input cost per acre by ~28% vs. conventional baseline.

  4. Technical Manager

    Sep 2018 – Nov 2020

    Mphasis — BAE Net Reveal (Vodafone & HP engagements), UK

    • Led AML / Fraud Management design and rollout for 2 UK Tier-1 clients — delivered 14 production releases with zero Sev-1 incidents post go-live.
    • Mentored a 22-member cross-functional team across UK and India; cut average defect-resolution cycle from 9 to 4 days.

  5. Technical Lead Manager (Offshore)

    Mar 2013 – Aug 2018

    Mphasis — First Republic Bank (FRB), USA

    • Owned 5 offshore TIBCO middleware pods (35+ engineers) delivering 60+ integration projects with on-time delivery sustained above 95%.
    • Drove estimation, allocation and CXO reporting — managed a $2.1M annual engagement footprint with consistent CSAT of 4.6/5.

  6. TIBCO Middleware Developer

    2005 – 2013

    Accenture

    • 8 years across the full SDLC building TIBCO BW/EMS integrations for 6 global enterprise clients spanning banking, telecom and retail.
    • Contributed to 30+ production releases and authored reusable integration patterns adopted across 4 client accounts.
